lovely bar spacious bathrooms delicious choices cute staff
the hotel features a bar and a dining room i liked very much. the staff are cute and always ready to assist! the bathrooms were spacious, definitely a plus. i enjoyed the breakfast choices, with delicious cooked options available daily.
the air conditioning in my room did not work correctly.

friendly staff comfortable bed roll top bath
The staff was friendly from arrival. They assisted with a lower floor room request. The room had beautiful decorations and comfortable bed. It was quiet too. I woke refreshed. The bathroom features a roll top bath, large shower, and L'Occitane products. I felt pampered.
The room does need some refresh. I noticed some stains on the carpet.

brown stains shabby corridors
the room was clean and well equipped.
I found brown stains in the shower area. this also happened during previous stays. the corridors seem very shabby and scuffed. I think they need fresh paint.

Really good Stay, Details that Impressed!
tasteful decoration walk-in shower comfortable service
The room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. I found the bathroom particularly lovely. It featured both a huge walk-in shower and a roll-top bath. The hotel bar area was a highlight. It was relaxing and the service was wonderful. I really enjoyed having a drink there.

The breakfast offered a good selection and the staff were very friendly. A delicious selection of savoury and sweet treats was available. Mo and the rest of the staff could not have done any more for us!!!
